The Challenge

A new design and direction was needed to align more closely with Click4Warranty’s updated product offerings, values and messaging. A new custom administrative hub was requested to help manage all quotes and policies from their family of various websites.


The Lilo web development and web design teams recommended a revamp of the website’s user experience with a new, modern design. The previous site was a completely custom .Net project, so we suggested an entire new site be built and created with WordPress and Elementor. This would enable the client to easily and quickly edit their own content.


Lilo worked with the Click staff to completely overhaul the quote and sales process, improving the user journey from start to finish. The site is now more SEO-friendly, with a more logical site structure that was also easier to navigate. All outdated content URLs were redirected to new relevant pages to keep the user journey intact.
