2009 – Obami

The Obami platform is a white-label solution that schools, organisations, and institutes can use to create content portals, distribute eLearning materials, provide examinations and certifications, as well as provide a private social platform for your members.

Originally developed using Microsoft Visual Basic, the platform went through various iterations, with technology and infrastructure updated with every new major release, until it was eventually handed over to their in-house development team, using the latest C# framework of the time.

2011 – GymbaROO

GymbaROO has been providing quality neuro-developmental programs for babies and children from birth to five years and their parents for over thirty years. Now a Franchise operation, GymbaROO centres can be found throughout Australia and in an increasing number of countries overseas.

Used by multiple franchises across Australia, Lilo developed a cloud-based management system for booking classes, managing prices, tiered discounts for family members, multiple classes, term management, top-up classes, attendance, and reporting on a single and macro view of the data.

Am accompanying front-end provided a CMS for owners to manage their content, as well as a configurable interface into the management system, allowing parents to sign up, book and pay for classes, and view and manage their child’s classes.

2014 – Moneywise Teacher of the Year.

A microsite was created for Moneywise to allow schools and students to nominate their teachers for the “Teacher of the Year” award. Once the nomination period was over, people would then be able to read the bios of the nominated teachers and vote for their choice for “teacher of the year”.

2016 – Academy of Freelance Makeup School Online

Technologies: ASP.Net Framework, NHibernate ORM, MSSQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Vimeo, Tokbox, SagePay.A

The AOFM Online school website was an extension to their existing in-person school, designed to deliver their certificate to students in locations where schools were not available.

As creatives, a bespoke CMS allowed AOFM to fully manage the design, style, and content of their site. A custom flexible payment system allowed students to pay in full or monthly installments, or as an ongoing subscription.

AOFM was able to create multi-level courses, with “awards” being unlocked as the student progresses, with each level consisting of multiple videos, mini-tests, and homework which has to be uploaded to the site and reviewed by an assigned mentor. Students and mentors could also communicate within the site, and online one-to-one video exams were conducted periodically through the site between student and mentor.

2020 – MadeByDyslexia

2021 – Elite Medics

Elite Medics is the UK’s first medic-run tuition academy, specialising in KS3, GCSE & A-Level Tuition.

Elite Medics provides a subscription-based eLearning platform, with live classes presented through Microsoft Teams, an online portal for access to course material, dynamically generated mock exams, and a dashboard for parents to view the activity and progress of their children.

2022 – Salters’ Chemistry Club

Salters’ Chemistry Club is an innovative online learning platform for 11–14-year-olds that sparks and nurtures an interest in chemistry through independent learning.

The platform allows schools, teachers, and learners to enroll, with the appropriate isolation to protect learners and their data from outside access. Uniquely visually designed themed monthly activities and videos are available for the learners to complete earn trophies, and improve their schools’ rank within their country. Activities include videos, infographics, fill-in-the-blanks, guess-the-element, word searches, and quizzes.

2023 – Little House of Science

Technologies: ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, REST, Stripe, Zoom

Little House of science offers after-school clubs (in schools and venues), science weeks & workshops, demonstrations, assemblies, and holiday camps, which are loved by our little and big scientists alike, in all STEM-related subjects.

Lilo developed a cloud-based management system for booking classes, managing prices, multiple classes, camps, workshop and term management, attendance, and reporting on a single and macro view of the data.

The front-end administration provided a CMS for the owners to manage the content, as well as a configurable interface into the management system, allowing parents to sign up, book and pay for classes, and view and manage their child’s bookings.
