Maintenance
Maintenance is offered entirely at your discretion, be it for running the site, technical updates,
generating site reports or studies, additional design pieces such as banners or graphics, creation of
new site section or any part of the site development and support you need from us. We’ll also provide
a service level agreement with different priority levels with associated resolution times, but this is
estimation of how we prioritise fixes.
The contract is for a period of time from 6 months to 2 years, depending on your needs and based on
an agreed number of hours (from 4hrs to 2 days, again depending on the site’s requirements).
Hours not used during a given month can be used in the upcoming months.
Maintenance refers to:
Website support (based on Security Level table to be provided)
Additional development work requested by the client to enhance the look and feel and/ or
functionality of the site.
Maintenance may also cover: content population, design/ creation of printed material, analysis of site
usage, SEO work etc…
We would recommend 1 day a month (£500 monthly) to start with for the first 6 months, for ongoing
content management structure and consultation. This may drop down to half a day per month after
that period
