The Challenge

In 2001, a group of lawyers founded Global BPO, to provide a wide range of legal and business Shared Services to law firms, professional service organisations and others.

A new website was needed to provide a professional web presence, as well as an easy to manage and intuitive Content Management system. Global BPO approached us for the project.

The Solution

We understood the needs of the client and assigned a team of qualified web designers and developers to undertake the project. The team reviewed the requirements and suggested a redesigned website with new functionalities optimised for Search Engines. As this would improve the site’s interface, making it easier for them to add videos, text, and other elements to their web pages. Project Scope of Works

The new Global BPO website was built with WordPress to provide more custom features, but still provide a platform to easily amend or add more content.

As most users’ first point of contact, the Home Page was given design focus. The following was added: A slider, providing a quick overview of their services – coupled with eye-catching imagery.

  • A 3-part filter / search system for users to quickly pair themselves with the service most applicable to their needs
  • A map that not only shows their global presence, but provides quick access to contact any of their offices
  • Their original services content was expanded from 2 single pages into multiple pages, allowing them to expand on each service in the future, and build up site content to improve SEO.

The Result

Global BPO new redesigned site is what we like to call a successful project, as we handed over a slick, well-organised site that is easy to navigate and update. We added a slider to the Home Page and a map to showcase global presence. The redesign and development resulted in more leads and traffic to the site as per our case study.
