Investec. Asset Management – Lilo

Brief

Investec Asset Management had screened and approved over 65 financial adviser firms throughout South Africa. Their goal was to create an online reference guide of recommended financial advisors across South Africa.

A previous version of this reference guide was already in place, but the current “Find an Advisor” lacked functionality and did not convey enough visual impact.

What We Did

Lilo has worked well with Investec Asset Management in the past and was asked to develop a solution that was visually appealing and easy to use. The solution was a hybridisation between traditional HTML and flash design. Combining the search capability of an HTML web application and the visual intensity of flash, Lilo created a tool that displayed the numerous advisors on an interactive map of South Africa.

In addition to the development work, our web designers needed to accurately convey Investec’s new brand identity, which was being implemented across the company’s website.
