Since 2009 they’ve worked with a large variety of clients – from restaurant pop-ups to Fortune 100 franchises – helping them to find the food industry talent that they need.
They approached us to design a new look and feel for their existing WordPress website, to improve user experience in order to generate more leads, and also grow their web presence.
The branding is established and the design needed to closely follow the guidelines.

As requested, we kept the company branding, but a darker and more visual design was proposed.
| The site was also made more dynamic with the inclusion of elements such as videos and moving content sections as users scroll through pages. The neutral black background helps support and give clarity to this type of content.
We paid special attention to the mega navigation of the site, adding visuals to the drop-down and making the site easy to navigate. A “Jobs Search” page was created for Harper Anderton staff to create new job listings. Site users can easily view and filter available positions within the food industry – either full-time, part-time or interim positions. Each individual listing contains a written and video description. |

The Result
The project resulted in a professional and slightly quirky design- just the right of amount of quirky- positioning Harper Anderton at the forefront of food recruitment industry. The success was clearly due to our years of experience designing and developing recruitment sites as well as our close relationship with the Harper Anderton marketing team. A success based on collaboration and our skills in Web design, UX, Development, SEO.
