Brief

FSDT (Financial Sector Deepening Trust) is an organisation with an aim to help develop a deeper financial system that can provide greater access to finance to more Tanzanians.

Design and Development Agency Lilo was approached by FSDT to develop a website that is more informative, attractive and user-friendly – in order to clearly convey the work that the trust does. To further boost their presence on search engines, a detailed SEO strategy was also requested.

What We Did

FSDT requested the use of an open-source CMS platform with reliability, ease-of-use, social media interaction, a worldwide support base, and customisation (through plugins) as motivation. Lilo chose WordPress for the project based on those requirements.

With a sleek and simple design and a detailed user journey in place, FSDT’s new mobile-and-SEO-friendly website gives users easy access to relevant content regarding their financial services.

By partnering their improved web presence with a full SEO campaign, the FSDT site ranks on page 1 of Google search results for over 90% of their chosen keyword phrases – resulting in more incoming organic traffic.
