With a long history in Car Insurance, Click4Gap offers big savings on premium offerings. A new design and direction was needed to align more closely with Click4Gap’s updated product offerings, values and messaging. A new custom administrative hub was requested to help manage all quotes and policies from their family of various websites.

The Brief

A new design was needed as the site style and layout had last been significantly changed more than 6 years ago. As their previous site was a complete custom build, content changes had to be requested and the client wanted more control to quickly update their site copy. 

Click4Gap is one of a family of car insurance companies, and a new custom administrative hub was requested to help manage all of their quotes and policies.

What We Did

The Lilo team revamped the user experience with a new, modern design. The previous site was a completely custom .Net project, and an entire new build was created with WordPress and Elementor. This enabled the client to easily and quickly edit their own content. 

Lilo worked with the Click staff to completely overhaul the quote and sales process, improving the user journey from start to finish.

The site was designed to be SEO-friendly, with a more logical site structure that was also easier to navigate. All outdated content URLs were redirected to new relevant pages to keep the user journey intact. For data analysis, ecommerce tracking was included with a Google Analytics 4 implementation to help the client make informed decisions on their marketing efforts.

The new administrative hub was created, and connected to the new Click4Gap system via a new API that was also developed internally. This ensured that all quotes and new policy information from all the group’s websites were sent to the administrative site.
