Senior Project Manager

Lilo Cape Town has a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager. This is a holistic and all inclusive full client service role.

Suitable candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing clients, taking briefs, booking in the projects, briefing and trafficking within company right to the end of project.
• Managing various projects from web design and development to print, online advertising, content management systems, booking engines, and social networking.

Suitable candidate will have:

• Experience working on design and digital projects

Junior Project Manager

Tasks

• Keeping daily records of all employees’ tasks they perform and relay this back to the Senior Project managers of Lilo.
• Deal with maintenance clients on a daily basis and allocating work to the relevant designer / developer. Testing work once completed.
• You will be responsible for keeping record of all maintenance requests that are handled on a daily basis, as well as the monetary value associated with each of these requests. At the end of a week and / or month, a list of invoices that need to be distributed amongst maintenance clients must be made available.
• You are responsible for assisting the lead Project Manager in daily tasks / requests in managing various projects. This includes duties such as constructing project plans and tasks lists with associated timings. These task lists must be managed accordingly with the relevant designer / developer and updates sent on a daily / regular basis on project process.
• You are responsible for doing ad hoc reporting and analysis of performance of staff members and projects.

Skilled VB.net developer

Lilo requires a skilled VB.net developer for a 3 – 6 month contract with possibility of going permanent.
